When I first set up this journal I never thought I'd Friends Lock it. I should have realised that there might come a day when I would.

The ironic thing is that I haven't locked it because I don't want strangers reading it, there's nothing in here that I would mind a stranger seeing. However there are a handful of people in "Real Life" that I don't want knowing who I really am and what I have posted here, and the possibility of them doing so has become more real recently. It is because of these people that I have Friends Locked my journal, the bother of doing so will save me many headaches in the long run.

So, if you're here for my fanfic, or something else, leave a comment below to be added. I may occasionally make an un-locked post, but it'll only be frivolous things, so if you want to actually read anything worth while, make the kitties happy and comment!

7/12/2007 Edit: Just post-dated the entry so it would show up at the top of my journal.

You talk to people on the net and eventually some of them become people you consider friends, even if you've never seen a picture of one another, but you don't always realise just how important some of those people are until you loose one of them.

Edit 11 Dec 2007 - Unfortunately the website listed in a comment below with her fic still on it no long seems to exist. I did fortunately save a copy from that site to my hard-drive, so if someone should happen across this and would like it emailed to them, please let me know.
